- If for any particular reason, you don’t like our product after purchase, we will take back the product within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. We will make sure to refund the entire amount back to your account within 10 working days
- This refund is subject to quality confirmation from our team and that the product with the same complete packing with all the documents like insurance certificate, original invoice, and product certificate is to be sent by you.
- This policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving, purchase using promotion code or discount coupon.
- Once the product is received and successfully undergoes the quality check, the refund shall be done.
- 3 weeks refund policy is not applicable for gold coins, silver articles, and diamond jewellery
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to unavoidable circumstances cancellation of orders takes place from our end also(very rare scenario). We may have to cancel if there is a mistake in the pricing, mistake in an invoice, availability of stock, etc. we will notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.
if for any reason you wish to cancel the order, that can be done before the shipment takes place from our end. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch, a cancellation fee of 2% will be levied and balance 98% will be refunded back to the account. Gold coin cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.
Under no circumstances, cancellation of customized jewellery can be accepted. if for any specific reason we accept, the cancellation, making charges and stone charges of that product will be deducted from the payment and balance will be refunded back to customer account within 10 working days.
